Distance sales agreement
The contract for an order placed without meeting face to face, including the Turkish distance-sales contract.
Parties
The seller is the business named in the seller details on this page. The buyer is the person whose name, email and delivery address are entered at checkout and stored with the order. This agreement is a distance contract under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the equivalent distance contract for customers in other countries.
Subject and price
The subject is the goods listed in the order: name, colour, size, quantity and unit price. The total includes the delivery fee shown before you pay, or confirmed to you by email before you pay. No payment is taken on an order request. When a payment provider is connected, its name, the payment methods and the full amount are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Pipolune does not store full card numbers.
How you accept
You accept this agreement by ticking the acceptance box at checkout. That tick is your electronic confirmation. We keep the time, the language and the version of the documents with the order, and we email you a copy of the order together with the address of these pages.
Delivery and withdrawal
Delivery is described on the delivery page. The right to change your mind, the exceptions, and the way refunds are made are described on the returns page. Those pages are part of this agreement.
Complaints
Write first to info@pipolune.com with your order number. Customers in Türkiye may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee, within the monetary limits set for that year, and to the consumer courts, including through tuketici.gov.tr. Customers in the Russian Federation may apply to the territorial body of Rospotrebnadzor and to a court at their place of residence or stay, or at the place where the contract was concluded or performed. Customers elsewhere may use the courts and consumer authorities of their own country. None of this removes a mandatory right to sue at home.
