Pre-contract information
What you are entitled to know before you order: seller, goods, price, delivery, withdrawal and complaints.
This form
Turkish distance-sales law and the European pre-contract rules require this information before the order. The standing information is this page. The information for a particular order is the checkout review: the goods, the unit prices, the quantities, the delivery fee, the total, and the address. Please read both before you tick the box.
Seller, goods and price
The seller is identified in the seller details on this page. The main characteristics of each piece are on its product page: name, colour, size and the description published there. The price includes the indirect taxes included in the figure you see. Any delivery fee is shown at checkout or confirmed by email before payment. There is no extra compulsory charge that is not shown before you pay.
Payment and delivery
Today, checkout sends an order request and takes no payment. We then confirm availability, delivery and the amount. When a card or other payment method is connected, you will see the provider and the method on the checkout page, and you pay only after the total is shown. Delivery area, timing and risk are on the delivery page.
Withdrawal, exceptions and complaints
You can withdraw as described on the returns page: 14 days after delivery for customers protected by Turkish or EEA law, and 7 days after delivery for customers protected by Russian law, or 3 months if the written return instructions were not given with the goods. Sealed hygiene goods cannot be returned for a change of mind once the seal is broken, and goods made only for you cannot be returned for a change of mind. If you withdraw from goods of proper quality, you pay the direct cost of sending them back. Faulty goods are different: we bear that cost. Complaints are described in the distance sales agreement.
These pages are Pipolune’s store rules. They are written for Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation in Türkiye, the Consumer Protection Law and Government Decree No. 2463 of 31 December 2020 in the Russian Federation, and, where they apply, Directive 2011/83/EU and the GDPR. If a mandatory rule in your country gives you more protection than this text, that rule prevails. This is the store’s policy, not a personal legal opinion.
