Terms of use and sale
How you use the site, when an order becomes a contract, and which consumer rules apply.
The store
Pipolune sells children’s clothing through pipolune.com. The seller details on this page identify who you are dealing with. Questions about an order go to info@pipolune.com.
Using the website
You may browse the catalogue, save a bag, create an account and send an order request for personal, non-commercial use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or place orders with details you are not entitled to use.
An account is for an adult. The clothes are for children; the buyer is the adult who orders them. Keep your password private. You can ask us to delete an account, as described in the privacy notice.
Products, price and availability
Each product page shows the piece, the colour and the sizes we actually sell. Photographs are for illustration; the colour, size and composition stated in the text govern. Prices are shown in the currency you select and include the indirect taxes that apply to that price. A price can change until you have sent an order request for it, and it does not change for that request afterwards.
An item can sell out. If we cannot supply what you asked for, we tell you before any payment and you owe nothing for the missing item.
From a request to a contract
Sending an order request does not take payment and does not by itself oblige you to pay. It asks us to confirm availability, delivery and the amount. A paid contract is formed only when the final amount, including delivery, has been shown to you and you pay it, or when we email a confirmation of that amount and you accept it.
For customers in the Russian Federation this page, together with the distance sales agreement, is the public offer under article 437 of the Civil Code. Paying the confirmed amount is acceptance of that offer. Until payment, the request is only an application.
Ticking the box at checkout records that you have read the pre-information form and accept the distance sales agreement, these terms and the privacy notice for that order. The same text is emailed to you and remains available on this website, which is your durable copy.
Which rules apply
Customers in Türkiye are protected by Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Customers in the Russian Federation are protected by the Consumer Protection Law and Government Decree No. 2463. Customers in the EEA are protected by the mandatory rules of their country of residence, including the 14-day withdrawal right where Directive 2011/83/EU applies. Those rights cannot be waived on this website. The seller is established in Türkiye, and Turkish law governs the contract to the extent your mandatory consumer rights allow.
Liability
We are responsible for the goods matching the product page and for the remedies your law gives you if they do not. We do not limit rights that a consumer law forbids us to limit. We are not liable for delay caused by an address we could not deliver to, or for loss once the carrier has delivered to the adult who receives the parcel at that address.
These pages are Pipolune’s store rules. They are written for Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation in Türkiye, the Consumer Protection Law and Government Decree No. 2463 of 31 December 2020 in the Russian Federation, and, where they apply, Directive 2011/83/EU and the GDPR. If a mandatory rule in your country gives you more protection than this text, that rule prevails. This is the store’s policy, not a personal legal opinion.
